Research On The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers In Huzhou

The 2018 Central Rural Work Conference note that “the issue of agricultural and rural farmers is a fundamental issue that concerns about the national economy and people's livelihood.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is the general focus of socialism with Chinese characteristics to do a good job in the work of ‘Agriculture,Rural areas and Farmers' in the new era.To achieve rural revitalization,the key lies in farmers.We should comprehensively establish a professional farmer system,and constantly cultivate some new types of farmers towards the demand of market,to create a contingent of high-quality professional farmers adapting to the development of modern agriculture,what's more,to pool the power of the whole society,and strengthen the support of rural revitalization talents.Huzhou city,Zhejiang province,as a pilot city for the cultivation of new professional farmers by the ministry of agriculture,taking the cultivation of new professional farmers as a strategic project and a major project to support the development of the “three rural areas”and the construction of beautiful villages.In Huzhou city,Zhejiang province as the research object,this paper research on current situation of the city of new peasants cultivation,through the analysis of training results and existing problems,in cultivating resources,cultivation mode,the policy system,and farmers own ability and quality to analyze the cause of the problem,to put forward related some suggestions to the new farmers cultivate.Huzhou city,from the awareness,resources integration,and improve the system,optimizing the cultivation mode,putting forward to the corresponding countermeasure suggestion to consolidate the breeding results.
