With the global modernization,industrialization,urbanization process and the rapid development of social economy,the shortage of land resources and the prominent land problems have led to sharp contradictions between people and land in China,and the land carrying capacity has been declining.Therefore,to improve and improve the comprehensive land carrying capacity level,scientific evaluation of land comprehensive carrying capacity is to achieve efficient use of land,promote resource and environmental,economic and social sustainable development,and facilitate the rational development and intensive use of land resources.This paper is mainly to evaluate and analyze the comprehensive land carrying capacity of Dongxiang District in 2014 and 2016.The analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the index system of land comprehensive capacity assessment in Dongxiang District.The system is divided into two parts.The first is the land foundation evaluation based on the evaluation of land resource carrying status.The second is the auxiliary correction evaluation of the evaluation of water resources carrying status.Use the expert scoring method to determine the weight of the indicator.Finally,using the barrel theory to carry out matrix judgment on the bearing status of land resources and water resources to correct the results of comprehensive land carrying capacity.Among them,the evaluation of land resource carrying status is a comprehensive judgment of the evaluation of the suitability of construction land and the calculation of the pressure state of cultivated land development.The conclusions of the study are as follows: First,the changes in the status of land use in Dongxiang District were analyzed.In the two years of Dongxiang District in 2014 and2016,the area of agricultural land and other land decreased,and the area of construction land increased.The area of agricultural land has decreased by 488 hectares.Although the cultivated land and facilities have increased in agricultural land,the reduction of garden land and forest land has led to an overall decline in the area of agricultural land.The change of cultivated land area increased by 142.69 hectares,of which the paddy field area decreased by 163.52,and the dry land area increased by 311.94 hectares.The increase of dry land is the main reason for the increase of cultivated land area.Construction land increased by 588 hectares compared with 2014,an increase of 3.9%.Among them,the increase in urban and rural construction land area accounted for 72% of the total increase in construction land,mainly due to the increase in urban and rural construction land.Other land use decreased by 100.08 hectares,mainly due to the reduction in grassland area.In2016,the cultivated land in the whole district was 44002.48 hectares,accounting for40.81% of the agricultural land,and the paddy field accounted for 77.97%;the construction land in the whole district was 15719.32 hectares,of which 10382.41 hectareswere used for urban and rural construction,accounting for 66.05% of the construction land;the rural residential land area was 7095.96.The hectares account for 68.35% of the urban and rural construction land,with the largest proportion of the distribution.In 2016,the other land area of Dongxiang District was 3577.81 hectares,of which the area of grassland was 2411.20 hectares,accounting for 67.39% of the total unused area.The land use characteristics of Dongxiang District are characterized by relatively diverse land use types,mainly agricultural land,and the only center for construction land accumulation.The second is to evaluate the carrying capacity of construction land,the carrying capacity of cultivated land and the carrying capacity of land ecological environment in Dongxiang District in 2014 and 2016.The evaluation of construction land carrying capacity This assessment considers the specific impacts of ecological,geological,arable land,basic farmland and other indicators on the development of construction land,and also analyzes and compares its changes.In 2016,Dongxiang District has a high bearing capacity area of 22039.93 hectares,a high carrying capacity area of 35859.43 hectares,a general carrying area of 33719.16 hectares,and a low carrying capacity area of 35497.55 hectares.The four categories accounted for 17.34%,28.21%,26.53%,and 27.93%,respectively.The overall construction land carrying capacity of Dongxiang District has declined,but the overall level still maintains a good carrying level.Among them,the change is more obvious than that in 2014.The large reduction in the area with high bearing capacity and the large increase in the general carrying capacity have changed by 8.46 and12.72 percentage points respectively.The carrying capacity of cultivated land in Dongxiang District is mainly due to higher bearing capacity and general bearing capacity,and there is very little distribution of high bearing capacity and low bearing capacity.The cultivated land with higher carrying capacity is distributed and multi-pointed into pieces;the cultivated land with general bearing capacity is clustered in the southwest direction,and the northeast direction is scattered and sparse.In the two years,the overall change was more significant.The areas with severe decline in carrying capacity were distributed in the north and southeast,mainly in Xiaotun Town,Yangqiaodian Town and Wangqiao Town.In2014 and 2016,the ecological environment carrying capacity of Dongxiang County was not significantly changed.The areas with low ecological carrying capacity were mainly distributed in the northeast,central and southwest of the study area.The areas with high carrying capacity were scattered in the north of the study area.,Northeast,Central,South,Southwest and other regions.Thirdly,the evaluation system of comprehensive land carrying capacity was constructed,and the short-board theory was used to correct and judge the comprehensive bearing status of the land in Dongxiang District.The evaluation system combines the regional characteristics of Dongxiang District,and focuses on the impact of construction land,cultivated land and land ecological environment on the comprehensive bearingcapacity of the land.In 2014-2016,the comprehensive carrying capacity of the land in Dongxiang District is mainly in the area with low carrying capacity and general bearing capacity,and the four bearing levels are distributed in stages,and the mixed coverage is uniform.In the two periods,the overall situation is“west high east low,north high south low”and the load distribution level shows“low-high-low”spatial distribution pattern from the center to the periphery.The areas with high bearing capacity are mainly distributed in the west and the north,and the areas with high bearing capacity are mainly distributed along areas with high bearing capacity.The low carrying capacity covers the whole region,and its distribution is highly consistent with the policy protection areas and disaster-prone areas.In the type of land use,Xiaogang Town,the central town,is a place where population and construction land gather,and the overall carrying capacity is low.The distribution map of cultivated land and forest land is also highly consistent with the low carrying capacity.In terms of time changes,the change between the two years is generally small.The changes in towns and towns are more obvious in Yangqiaodian Town,Xiaotun Town,Perak Township and Dengjia Township.The higher carrying capacity is reduced to a general or low carrying capacity.
