| With the rapid development of the market economy,a large number of young and middle-aged laborers in rural areas are flooding into the non-agricultural sector.The hollowing out of rural areas,the aging of agriculture,and the de-industrialization of agriculture are the true portrayals of contemporary Chinese rural areas.Whoever planted land has aroused widespread public debate..As the older generation of farmers gradually withdraw from the agricultural sector,the scale of farmland management and the professionalization of farmers will become an inevitable trend,which is also an inevitable requirement for realizing the modernization of China’s agricultural and rural areas.Based on the sample surveys data of grain farmer from 10 major grain-producing counties in Jiangxi Province.Firstly,the OLS model is used to analyze the influencing factors of grain farmer professionalization choice.Next,combine with the ISM model to clarify the correlation and hierarchy between various factors.The results showed that(1)The physical conditions of the grain farmer,per capita disposable income of the family,proportion of agricultural income,incentives for supporting agriculture,the impact of successful cases,attitudes of relatives and friends,land transfer situations,significantly positive influenced the willingness of grain farmers’ professionalization to expand the scale;educational level and financing channels,have negative impact on the professionalization willingness to expand the scale,among them,educational level,physical conditions and the impact of supporting agriculture policies are the deep root factors.(2)The physical conditions of grain farmers,per capita disposable income of the family,proportion of agricultural income,incentives for supporting agriculture,the impact of successful cases,attitudes of relatives and friends,land transfer situations,have significant positive impact on the professionalization willingness to improve efficiency;among them,physical conditions of the grain farmers and the impact of supporting agriculture policies are the deep root factors.(3)The physical conditions of the grain farmers,per capita disposable income of the family,proportion of agricultural income,incentives for supporting agriculture,impact of success cases,attitudes of relatives and friends,risk perception and land transfer situations,have significant positive impact on the professionalization willingness to increased benefits;in addition,land fertility has significant negative impact on the professionalization willingness to increased benefits,among them,physical conditions of the grain farmers,impact of supporting agriculture policies and land fertility are the deep-rooted factors.(4)The physical conditions of the grain farmers,per capita disposable income of the family,proportion of agricultural income,incentives for supporting agriculture,impact of successful cases,attitudes of relatives and friends,risk perception,traffic situation and land transfer situations,have significant positive impact on the guaranteed professionalization willingness.In addition,terrain situation and land fertility have significant negative impact,and the terrain situation is a deep root factor. |
