| The report of the Nineteenth National Congress first proposed that rural revitalization should be implemented as a national strategy, and pointed out that the way to realize rural revitalization is the integration of urban and rural areas.Urban-rural integration is the embodiment of industrialization and urbanization of a region at a certain stage,at the same time,it is the inherent requirement of coordinated urban-rural development and social progress.Realizing urban-rural integration is a complex,long-term and all-round process. It is necessary to break the current system of urban-rural factor isolation and change the one-way flow pattern of various elements between urban and rural areas. For a long time, due to national policies and economic reasons,a large number of human and material resources flowed from rural areas to cities, which greatly promoted the development of cities. At the same time, only a very small part of the elements flowed from cities to rural areas to support the development and construction of rural areas, resulting in the current phenomenon of urban prosperity and rural backwardness in China.Free two-way flow of elements between urban and rural areas is conducive to promoting the optimization of resource allocation, strengthening the common development of urban and rural areas and the overall optimization of regional spatial structure, and promoting the integration of urban and rural areas. From the perspective of factor flow, with the background of Rural Revitalization and urban-rural integration as the research object, this paper first deeply understands the main connotation of factor flow and urban-rural integration and the relationship between them, looks at the imbalance of urban-rural development and factor flow under the background of dual structure, and considers that the reason for the increasing gap between urban and rural areas is the unreasonable flow of factors. It is pointed out that the two-way flow of elements between urban and rural areas can promote the integration of urban and rural areas.Secondly, the theoretical framework of the effect of factor flow on urban-rural integration is constructed, and the mechanism of factor flow on urban-rural integration is elaborated from two aspects of the whole and individual factors, and how the four factors of labor, capital.technology and public resources affect urban-rural integration is introduced in detail. On the basis of theory, this paper continues to carry out empirical analysis, choosing Jiangxi Province as the object of analysis, and makes a detailed introduction to the current situation of factor flow and urban-rural integration development in Jiangxi Province, and points out the problems and dilemmas faced by Jiangxi Province in further promoting urban-rural integration through data analysis.Subsequently,on the basis of summing up and drawing lessons from the measurement methods of urban-rural integration level, according to the connotation of urban-rural integration, the paper defines and adds relevant indicators, establishes an econometric model, makes an empirical analysis of the impact of factor flow on urban-rural integration in Jiangxi Province, and explains the results of the empirical analysis. Finally, according to the conclusions of empirical analysis, combined with the actual situation of Jiangxi Province, the paper puts forward policy recommendations on how to effectively promote urban-rural integration. |
