The comprehensive and systematic human resources training for employees is of great importance in the context of the rapid development of information technology,the increasingly fierce market competition,and the urgent need for change in traditional industries.Human resources training is crucial in the improvement of employees' abilities and enhancement of enterprises' competitiveness,thus injecting new vitality into the development of enterprises.It is without doubt that effectively carrying out human resources training and creating a professional,comprehensive and innovative talent team that meets the needs of enterprise development has become an increasingly important responsibility for enterprises' human resources department.The thesis tries to elaborate Company A's current picture of human resources training from the perspectives of system,institution,plans of training,implementations of training and effect analysis.Based on correlative theories and research findings of human resources training,this paper develops an analysis of the current situation of human resources training in the company and four problems have been found to be comparatively prominent.Firstly,there are misunderstandings about human resources training throughout the company,and some of these problems have neglected.Secondly,the company's human resources system which had not been upgraded since 2015,is outmoded and unable to meet the need of development of the company.In certain cases,effective training system is to be established.Thirdly,the system of human resources training is not implemented effectively,causing ineffectiveness in implementation of human resources training.Fourthly,inadequacy in the supporting of human resources training gives rise to problems in funding,training sites,teachers,courses and teaching materials to varying degrees.In view of the problemsabove,this paper puts forward the following four suggestions to Company A's human resources training.The first suggestion is to correct cognition on human resources training by giving corresponding countermeasures and advice to company's management,human resources department and ordinary staff.The second suggestion is to improve the company's training system in a timely manner by sharing ways and means to perfect the system from the aspects of demand research,planning,training implementation,assessment and logistic support.The third suggestion is to be detail-oriented and to implement effective countermeasures in every link of the systematic training model.The fourth suggestion is to provide sufficient support toward training of human resources,and put forward advice for funding,training sites,teachers,courses and teaching materials.
