Analysis Of Spatial Distribution Characteristics Of Poor Population In Guangshui City

As a developing country with a large population,the rural areas of our country are mainly concentrated on the poor,and the rural areas have become the key areas of poverty alleviation in our country.The rural area of our country is vast,the development of poor areas is still left behind,the poor areas tend to be centralized,for the local poverty management is lack of comprehensive and targeted.It is necessary to break through the traditional methods of stUdying poverty,to explore from the microcosmic point of view,to study the spatial distribution characteristics of the poor population,and to analyze the influencing factors of the spatial distribution,which is of great practical significance to the precision of poverty alleviation and the fight against poverty.The research area of this paper is located in Guangshui City,Hubei Province.It is one of the poor counties and cities with flower arrangement in Hubei Province.Six townships in the whole city are listed as the key poor towns in poverty alleviation and development.The paper makes use of geographic information data,data of Jianjianli card,statistical yearbook,second land survey of Guangshui city,rural land survey of Guangshui city,land renovation plan of Guangshui city during the 13th five-year plan,with the help of ArcGIS,SPSS and other analysis software tools.This paper presents and classifies the spatial distribution structure of the poor population in Guangshui City,and analyzes the spatial characteristics of the poor population under the geographical,transportation,economic and population-related influencing factors.The spatial distribution of the total poor population and the reasons for its formation.The research results can provide the basis for the improvement of the precision poverty alleviation policy,have practical significance for the precision poverty alleviation policy,and have reference value for the land space planning and the rural revitalization planning at the same time.The basic conclusions are as follows:(1)General characteristics of spatial distribution of poor population in Guangshui city.The spatial distribution of poor population in Guangshui City has the characteristics of more south than north,that is,the south-west and southeast are more and the north and central regions are relatively small;The poor population in each administrative village has a certain spatial agglomeration characteristics,and the spatial distribution of the poor population is mainly low-value concentration type.(2)Influencing factors of poor population in Guangshui city.Taking the administrative village as the analysis unit,based on the existing data,four factors,such as terrain,transportation,economy and population,which have a higher correlation with the incidence of poverty among the poor population,are selected as the influencing factors of the poor population.The correlation between the incidence of poverty and all kinds of influencing factors was analyzed,and the influence of poverty-causing factors on the spatial distribution of poverty population in county was determined.(3)The research on the spatial distribution characteristics of the poor population can provide a direction for the formulation of specific poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation policies,and is of practical significance to the work of helping the poor with precision and tackling the poverty alleviation.
