At present,we have entered the era of knowledge economy.Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the most critical factor for modern companies to gain competitive advantage is human resources.The main body of innovation is enterprises.At the same time,the main body of R&D investment and application of innovative results is also enterprises.In enterprises,the employees of knowledge type belong to the inheritance and owner of knowledge.In modern companies,especially for knowledge-intensive enterprises,it occupies a leading position,and the role of R&D personnel in enterprises is irreplaceable.The most important way for enterprises to acquire human resource advantages is recruitment.The previous recruitment system is based on job analysis.It pays static attention to the education level,graduation school and job skills of candidates.It also pays close attention to the deep-seated competency characteristics of candidates' personal values,personal characteristics and job needs.Investigation is missing.In recruitment,because of the imperfect recruitment system and the imperfect recruitment process,the scientific selection of candidates and the lack of quantitative criteria make the turnover rate of R&D personnel continue to increase.This article takes WX company as the research object,studies the current situation and work situation of R&D personnel recruitment under the traditional recruitment mode of WX company,combines the specific situation,analyses the problems existing in the company recruitment,and through analyzing the advantages of competency-based recruitment,puts forward the necessity of constructing the competency model of R&D personnel in WX company.By means of literature analysis,behavioral event interviews,expert consultation and questionnaire survey,the competency model of R&D personnel in WX company is constructed.The competency model of R&D personnel in WX company is applied to the recruitment link,selection link and recruitment effect evaluation of R&D personnel in WX company,which can improve the effectiveness of recruitment and human resources management ability of WX company.It has certain practical significance.At the same time,it provides a certain guarantee for the development of human resources of WX Company,and can provide a certain reference for the development of similar enterprises in the same industry.
