Under the background of knowledge economy, human resource hasbecome the modern corporation to obtain competitive advantage key elements, recruitment is corporations to obtain human resource is the most important way, the traditional recruitment system to work analysis based, comparative static attention the candidate's qualifications, Graduate School, knowledge, skills etc. the surface features, often ignore the applicant with high performance is closely related to the individual value view, willingness to work, work motivation, personal characteristics and job requirement matching degree deep competency examination.
