Research On The Performance Improvement Of Young Entrepreneurs

Since the concept of "double innovation" was put forward,the social entrepreneurship boom has emerged.Many young people have invested in the entrepreneurial army and hope to improve their living conditions and realize personal value through entrepreneurship.However,the mortality rate of entrepreneurial organizations is still high.To solve this problem,many scholars have invested in entrepreneurial research.They hope to find the cause of entrepreneurial failure through academic research and find ways to improve entrepreneurial performance.This research is also devoted to this,and the research process is carried out with young entrepreneurs as research objects.Firstly,we interview the five parties,such as entrepreneurs,entrepreneurial tutors,government parties,consultants and capital parties,and use the grounded theory to analyze the interview content,and obtain the evaluation indicators of entrepreneurial performance and the influencing factors of entrepreneurial performance.Then,with the data collected by the verification questionnaire and the pre-survey questionnaire,descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis are carried out,and the entrepreneurial performance evaluation model including the four dimensions of financial performance,customer recognition,operational development and entrepreneurial well-being is obtained,and Entrepreneurial performance of entrepreneurial competence and quality(foresight,functional management and active investment),entrepreneurial environment,pre-startup preparation,entrepreneurial project prospects,organizational management,employee cultural identity,product or service competitiveness,entrepreneurial team cohesion and cash flow levels Influencing factors model.Finally,according to the above content,the questionnaire on the entrepreneurial performance of young entrepreneurs is designed.The questionnaire data is analyzed by the method of mathematical statistics analysis,so as to get to know how to improve the entrepreneurial performance of young entrepreneurs,that means the following aspects: adapt to the entrepreneurial environment,prepare for entrepreneurship,build entrepreneurial entities and improve business operations.
