In recent years, with the increasing number of migrant workers, the problem of citizenization of migrant workers has become increasingly prominent. How to promote the urbanization of migrant workers quickly and effectively is the concern of the party and the state at this stage. The citizenization of migrant workers can be divided into local citizenization and non-local citizenization, which is the main way of urbanization with Chinese characteristics. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the measurement of the degree of migrant workers’ local citizenization and its influencing factors.Based on the survey data of migrant workers’ urbanization in Cangzhou City,Hebei Province, this paper studies the problem of migrant workers’ urbanization.Firstly, this paper uses the comprehensive evaluation method to study the degree of local citizenization of migrant workers’ urbanization.Taking the local urban residents as a reference, the index system is constructed from six dimensions: psychological identity, resident identity, political participation, social relations, cultural quality and economic conditions. The weight of each indicator is obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process, and the local citizenization degree of migrant workers is calculated by using the linear addition model.Secondly, taking gender, marital status, age and continuous working hours as four factors, this paper uses orderly multi-classification Logistic model to study the relationship between individual characteristics of migrant workers on the degree of local citizenship. Finally, taking the type of household registration as the research object, this paper studies the factors affecting the local citizenization of migrant workers. The interaction statistical analysis method was used to analyze the single factor from four aspects: individual characteristics, cultural quality, economic conditions and psychological identity.According to the results of single factor analysis,14 independent variables, such as marital status, age, education level and living form, were selected to study the influencing factors of local citizenship by Lasso-Logistic regression model. The results show that:(1)The degree of local citizenization of migrant workers exceeds the level of "half" citizenization. The economic conditions of migrant workers have been greatly improved and their education level is high, but their political participation is low, their sense of belonging in cities is not strong, and their psychological identity dimension is low.(2)the degree of local citizenization ofmigrant workers has different degrees of relationship with their gender, marital status, age and continuous working hours.(3)Lasso-Logistic regression results show that wages, consumption level, education level, marital status and so on have a significant impact on the urbanization of migrant workers, while "gender" has no significant impact on the urbanization of migrant workers.According to the above research, suggestions are put forward: to improve the sense of urban belonging of migrant workers;to improve the vocational training system of migrant workers;to speed up the reform of household registration system.
