An Empirical Research On The Relationship Between The Characteristic Town Policy And Enterprise Performance

As a new and large-scale project with a wide ran ge of creations,the characteristic town policy has guiding impact on the development of en ter pr ise's,and have positive sign ificance for mobilizing en trepren eurial enthusiasm and improving corporate performance.The theme of the characteristic town has attracted extensive resea rch by scholars from then on.However,for the concept of the characteristic town is not long,most scholars can on ly study from the perspec tive of the top-level design and planning of the characteristic town.This resea rch path is in line with the current development of the characteristic town,but ignores the cha racteristic town policy.Understanding the relationship between the characteristic town policy and corpo rate performance plays an important role in per fecting the cha racteristic town policy system and prom oting the developm ent of characteristic town enterprises.At the sa me time,different entrepreneurial spirits have different perceptions and actions on government policies,thus distinguishing the differences in corporate performance.Therefore,this paper attempts to use entrepreneurship as a moderator to explore the relationship between the characteristic town policies and corporate performance.Based on the analysis of entrepreneurial theory,this paper tests the effectiveness of various subsidy policies in characteristic towns along the way of characteristic town enterprise performance,and then clarifies the role played by the characteristic town policy in the creation process of characteristic towns.The research conclusions are as follows:?The characteristic small town policy has a significant positive impact on corporate performance.The impact of financial subsidies and fiscal policies on corporate performance is stronger than the impact of taxation policies and land policies on firm performance.?Innovative entrepreneurship plays a significant positive regulation effect between corporate performance and the characteristics town policy.The adventurous entrepreneurial spirit plays a negative role in the relationship between the fiscal policy of the characteristic town and the enterprise performance.The adventurous entrepreneurial spirit plays an insignificant positive adjustment effect in the relationship between the financial policy,taxation policy,land policy of characteristic town on the performance of the enterprise.This research enriches the content of the study of characteristic towns.In addition,it is rare to use en trepreneurship as a regulatory variable to study the impact of policies on enterprises and it is a fa ncy resea rch perspective.
