Research On The Relationship Between Social Logistics Cost And Its Influencing Factors In China

Nowadays,the real estate industry is one of the comprehensive and supportive industries of the national economy,which has strong industrial relevance and driving effect.The circulation otf commodities and the operating cost and efficiency of enterprises in the whole society have a great,impact on the logistics industry.When measuring the economic development of a region,we can take the degree of logistics development as one of the references,which is usually regarded as a beneficial booster in the process of economic development by scholars.With the continuous progress of society,how to effectively reduce logistics costs has attracted wide attention from all walks of life.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the influencing factors of social logistics cost and explore the changing mechanism behind logistics cost.Based on the basic theory and thinking mode of logistics management,and.drawing on the exploratory results of industrial economics and statistical methods of econometrics,this paper makes a comprehensive quantitative analysis of the relationship between logistics cost and three industrial structures,infrastructure level and economic development level.This paper mainly makes an empirical study on the relationship between industrial structure,economic level,infrastructure construction and social logistics cost by using the data needed from 1998 to 2017 in China.Firstly,the stationarity test is used to determine whether the data is suitable for empirical testing,and then the co-integration test and Granger causality test ard used to determine the factors that can affect the cost of social logistics.Secondly,it chooses the way of multiple linear regression to deeply explore the influencing factors of social logistics cost.The results show that the social logistics cost and the primary industry are positively proportional to the level of economic development,and the secondary industry is an important factor affecting the change of logistics cost.The internal structure of the primary industry can also be called the internal structure of agricultural industry.To a certain extent,it can affect the change of social logistics cost.Finally,according to the results,grve reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.This paper studies some factors that can affect the cost of social logistics,and iunovatively explores the relationship between the industry within the primary industry and the cost of social logistics.Hope to provide theoretical support for effective cost reduction measures by studying the factors affecting social logistics costs.
