Study On Land Acquisition Satisfaction Of Landless Farmers

The level of urbanization in China is increasing year by year and is still in a stage of rapid development.The land acquisition activities are very frequent,and the various contradictions and conflicts that have arisen are also intensifying,causing many adverse consequences and even leading to social chaos.These problems not only bring trouble to the landless farmers,but also affect the situation of a harmonious society.The degree of completion of land acquisition work directly affects the effectiveness of the work and the perception of the image of the government by landless farmers.As government functions gradually shift to service-oriented,citizen satisfaction has received unprecedented attention.So,it is of great significance to examine the government’s land acquisition work from the perspective of landless farmers.This paper draws on the classic customer satisfaction index model,constructed the land acquisition satisfaction model of landless farmers on the basis of combing the relevant literature and field investigation.This model includes Farmers’ information,Farmers’ expectation,Perceived quality,Perceived value,Farmers’ satisfaction,Farmers’ complaint and Farmers’ trust 7 latent variables and 21 observed variables corresponding to them,and the model centers on Farmers’ satisfaction and forms a chain containing 12 pairs of relationships.This paper takes Quanzhou City,Fujian Province as an example for empirical analysis,and uses AMOS22.0 software to test the proposed hypothesis model,research shows: Perceived quality is the most important factor affecting farmers’ satisfaction,and has the greatest direct impact on Farmers’ satisfaction,the impact effect is 0.49;The impact of Farmers’ information on Farmers’ satisfaction is second only to Perceived quality,the impact effect is 0.47;Farmers’ expectation do not have a direct impact on farmers’ satisfaction,but indirectly through perceived quality;The impact of Perceived value on farmers’ satisfaction is not significant,and the direction is negative.Finally,proposed to many suggestions based on the results of the model test,acroding formulate reasonable land acquisition compensation,improve land acquisition procedures,improve employment and social security systems,strengthen information disclosure and publicity,and promote community integration to enhance land acquisition satisfaction.
