In recent years,real estate industry in China has achieved unprecedented results,and the scale of real estate enterprises is still expanding.However,the structural contradictions in the real estate industry are increasingly prominent.The fittest real estate companies can survive because of the real estate market's own cycle and the government's regulatory policies.The original extensive business management model of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises has obviously been unable to adapt to the new industry environment,which puts new demands on the internal management transformationAs some problems has become increasingly acute,such as the lack of development strategy planning,unreasonable organizational structure,imperfect management system,low professionalism,low salary satisfaction,high talents turnover rate and so on,the development of real estate enterprises are seriously restricted,especially small and medium-sized real estate enterprises.Salary management is a core issue of human resources and a major aspect of business management.Compensation management is the most critical factor in building a good talent team.It is an important issue for small and medium-sized real estate enterprises to design the compensation and welfare system to maximize the incentives for compensation in the premise of maintaining external competitiveness and internal fairness under the environment of realizing the integration of resources in the real estate industry.This paper combines the existing salary status of WS company,refers to a large number of literature reports,uses field surveys in the form of questionnaires and interviews,draws upon the relevant theories of human resource management and compensation management,and combines the basic characteristics of the real estate industry and the company's development strategy plan.It finds out the problems that existed in the current compensation system and tries to analyze,and research the problems in order to design a compensation management system that meets the actual management needs of WS real estate companies.The paper strives to improve employee satisfaction,reduce the turnover rate,enhance the attractiveness of the company,and stabilize the talent gradient to help the sustainable development of WS Real Estate.At the same time,it provides reference for the salary reform of other small and medium-sized real estate enterprises that are in the same situation as WS real estate companies.It is an important issue for small and medium-sized real estate enterprises to design the compensation and welfare system to maximize the incentives for compensation in the premise of maintaining external competitiveness and internal fairness.
