Research On The Coupling Coordination Between Intensive Land Use And Urban-Rural Integration Development In Bengbu City

From the perspective of system coupling and interaction,this paper collects data on land use and urban-rural development in Bengbu City.On the basis of comprehensive evaluation of intensive land use and urban-rural integration development,and with the aid of coupling coordination degree model,this paper calculates the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree between intensive land use and urban-rural integration development in Bengbu City from 2009 to 2017,and judges its coupled coordination type.According to the types of coordination,the characteristics of space-time change are analyzed,and the practical factors affecting the level of coordinated development between the two systems are deeply excavated in combination with the practical background.Then,with the help of dynamic coupling model,the dynamic coupling degree between intensive land use and urban-rural integration development in Bengbu City from 2009 to 2017 is calculated,and the coordinated trend on the development speed of them is studied.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation of county-level intensive land use and urban-rural integration development in Bengbu City is carried out.On this basis,the coupling degree and coordination degree of intensive land use and urban-rural integration development in each county and district are calculated by using the coupling coordination degree model,and the types of coupling coordination are judged,and the comparative analysis of the coupling and coordination status between counties and districts is carried out.Finally,measures to promote the positive interaction between them are put forward according to local conditions.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)During the period of 2009-2017,the degree of intensive land use and the level of urban-rural coordination development in Bengbu City both showed an upward trend.The value of coupling degree between the two systems remained stable at a high level,and the two systems were in a highly coupled state,indicating that the relationship between intensive land use and urban-rural coordination development in Bengbu City was very close.At the same time,the value of coupling coordination degree between intensive land use and urban-rural coordinated development in Bengbu has been steadily rising,which has experienced five stages: imbalance,barely coordinated,primary coordinated,intermediate coordinated and good coordinated.This indicates that the practice of intensive land use and urban-rural coordination development in Bengbu has evolved from uncoordinated to coordinated in the past nine years.In terms of the coupling of development speed,the composite system composed of them is in the stage of coordinated development;from the dynamic coupling point of view,the intensive use of land has not been fully and effectively promoted in the initial process of urban-rural coordination development,and the transition to the synchronous development of the two tends to go hand in hand.Finally,the internal imbalance of the intensive use of land delays the process of urban-rural coordination development.(2)In 2017,Bengbu City has significant spatial differences in intensive land use and urban-rural coordination development level;in general,areas with high level of intensive land use have a higher degree of urban-rural coordination development.In 2017,the coupling types of intensive land use and urban-rural coordination development in the four districts and three counties of Bengbu City are highly coupled,and the coupling degree of each county is higher than 0.95.It shows that at the county level,the relationship between the two is still very close,that is,extensive land use and unbalanced development of urban and rural areas are mutually restrictive and mutually reinforcing,and intensive land use and urban-rural coordination development are mutually supportive and mutually reinforcing.In the degree of coordination between intensive land use and urban and rural coordination development,the spatial distribution pattern of high in the South and low in the North reflects that Bengbu's social and economic development focus is south of the Huaihe River.In terms of coupling coordination type,Guzhen County is on the verge of imbalance;Wuhe County and Huaiyuan County are on the verge of barely coordination type;Huaishang District is on the primary coordination type;Longzihu District,Bengshan District and Yuhui District are on the middle coordination type.
