Study On The Development Strategy Of Farmer Specialized Cooperatives In Longhua County Of Hebei Province

Since ancient times,China has been a big country with agriculture as its main development,so the issue of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" has always been the top priority of China's development.With the development of modern science and technology and agricultural modernization,the old-fashioned agricultural development model has been somewhat incompatible with the current situation of China's development,and can not better promote the development of modern agriculture.In such a large layout that needs to be transformed,farmers' professional cooperatives naturally come into being.Through the internal mechanism of cooperatives,to realize the cooperation between farmers and cooperatives,farmers only need to concentrate on some agricultural production activities,while other business activities are managed by cooperatives,so that farmers' lives are improved and agricultural industrialization is promoted.Firstly,this study starts from four perspectives,namely,farmers' professional cooperative members,farmers' professional cooperative staff,non-members and local government in Longhua County.Through the investigation,we can draw the conclusion that the farmers' professional cooperatives in Longhua County are in the stage of rapid development,and the farmers' income has increased to a certain extent.At the same time,we can see that the government's support is increasing,and the operation of farmers' professional cooperatives is also constantly standardized.But there are also some problems,such as farmers' brand awareness is not high,the scale is small,the staff is small,the quality is not high.Secondly,by combining the survey and interview data with SWOT analysis method,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Longhua County are analyzed.The research finds that the advantages of local development of farmers' professional cooperatives are as follows: natural geographical environment,good development of beef cattle industry and obvious increase of income of members;their disadvantages are: low participation of farmers,small scale;low quality of talents,weak ability of talent introduction;unbalanced distribution of industries;imperfect management structure;insufficient funds and lack of financing channels;Simple,poor driving ability;low brand awareness;the opportunities and challenges it faces include: strong support from the government,increased demand for farmers,the development of the Internet;competition with similar types of farmers' professional cooperatives around,environmental threats,urbanization and aging.Finally,according to the survey data and the conclusion of SWOT analysis,some suggestions are put forward: innovating financing channels to solve the problem of funds;improving the mechanism to improve the standardization level;talent introduction plan to improve quality;creating a good development atmosphere;making full use of various resources;strengthening brand building;and establishing the concept of sustainable development.Through these suggestions,we hope to help the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Longhua County,and to further alleviate the local "three rural" problems and increase the income of local farmers.
