Study On Agricultural Technology Extension In Zhangjiajie

Entering twenty-first Century,China's agricultural development persisted in the road of agricultural modernization,and took the scientific and technological power as an important driving force for agricultural development to improve the level of agricultural modernization.The popularization of agricultural technology is devoted to applying advanced agricultural science and technology to the development of modern agricultural economy,rural social progress and improvement of rural ecological environment.However,the current agricultural technology extension system in China is the government to play a leading role while the market rarely involved in the development model,this development model is established according to the new Chinese since the planned economy system planning and construction requirements established,not adapt to the development of agricultural modernization,the requirement of present.The research on Zhangjiajie city of Hunan Province as the research object,through literature analysis,survey method,case analysis and other methods of investigation and Research on the existing agricultural extension work,carried out a systematic study of Zhangjiajie City Agricultural Technology Extension Station staff's basic situation,the promotion of financial investment promotion platform and strength construction and pilot mode etc..The survey found that the current agricultural technology extension in Zhangjiajie City,the main problems are: the management system is not perfect,the function positioning mechanism of chaos,the agricultural technology promotion funds,promotion channels narrow,lack of professional talents,the low degree of social participation.Through the analysis of the existing mode of agricultural technology promotion in Zhangjiajie City,and the typical case investigation of agricultural technology extension in Cili County,Sangzhi County,the reform of understanding,analysis of agricultural technology extension in Zhangjiajie City,the problem of the reasons are:rural science and technology service system is not perfect,Zhangjiajie City,the lowlevel of economic development,education research and promotion of phase separation,passengers introduction inadequate and serious brain drain,lack of agricultural technology promotion policy,not the introduction of market mechanism.According to the survey findings,from the domestic and foreign advanced agricultural technology promotion mode,combined with the actual situation of agricultural development in Zhangjiajie City,put forward the following strengthening agricultural technology extension service in Zhangjiajie City,countermeasures and suggestions: improve the agricultural technology extension service system,perfecting the mechanism of indirect financing,collection of government,market and society participation,to strengthen the construction of agricultural technology promotion,the platform of high-tech talent introduction plan and incentive mechanism,the construction of agricultural technology extension information network.
