Discussion On Human Resource Cost Management Of X Bank Shenzhen Branch Under The New Economic Normal

Since the long period of development after the reform and opening up,China's economy has shown a trend of rapid development,which depends on the rough economic development model that China has been adopting.With the development of China's economy,the improvement of science and technology and the popularization of economic globalization,China's economic development model has entered a new normal,and new requirements have been placed on enterprises from the economic structure and development speed.This paper discusses the human resource cost management of X Bank Shenzhen Branch,and attempts to propose an improvement strategy for the human resources cost management system of X Bank Shenzhen Branch under the new economic normal background.The paper first introduces the current situation of X Bank Shenzhen Branch and the status quo of human resource cost management,and analyzes the status of X Bank Shenzhen Branch Technology Department and human resource cost management,and points out the human resource cost of X Bank Shenzhen Branch Technology Department.Manage existing problems.In combination with the new economic normal,starting with the technical department,and comparing it with the other two companies,the corresponding improvement opinions of the original human resource cost management model of X Bank Shenzhen Branch are proposed to establish a new cost more suitable for economic development.The management model,combined with the existing accounting system and new development ideas,proposes a strategy for solving the human resource cost management of X Bank Shenzhen Branch.To enable enterprises to better adapt to the new normal of the economy and achieve sustainable,medium and high-speed development.
