Research On Elevator Safety Supervision In Yizheng City

With the soaring development of real estate industry and public construction of cities and town,elevators are increasingly being used,making a widespread influence on people's daily life.However,recent years has witnessed one after another elevator accident,putting people's life and property in danger,which has raised a lot of concern about elevator security among the society.This has drawn close attention to the supervision of elevator usage.The usage of elevators have kept on increasing annually by 20% over the past 5 years,which has increased huge pressure on the elevator censorship.It can be difficult to strike a balance between sustained growth on elevator usage and the lagging development on censorship system.The elevator is used as a public transport machine,the safety of which is closely related to people's life and the property security.The whole society is attaching great significance to the security of elevator operation.So it is of great urgency to improve the supervisory system and thus to ensure the safety of the elevator operation.Improving supervisory system which is beneficial to the healthy development of the elevator industry can fasten the development of economy and is of great importance to the social harmony and stability.This paper does research on Yizheng's elevator security.Through literature research,case interviews,research and other research methods,combined with the theory of cooperative governance,information asymmetry and principal-agent theory,it is comprehensively analyzed.It is pointed out that there are main problems in the supervision of the elevators.There is a lack of competition in the inspection market.The regulation failure of maintenance market exists in the maintenance link.The main use of the link exists in the use of the main responsibility of the implementation of the problem is not in place.According to the problem in the elevator safety management and the main reasons,the author suggests that measures should be taken to enhance the ability of supervising,to innovate inspection mechanism,to strengthen the user's sense of responsibility,to improve the link of maintenance and to perfect relevant laws and regulations as well as the technical support.
