Study On The Optimization Of Vegetable Supply Chain Structure In Shanxi Province

People eat food for the day,food for the first.Vegetables play an important role in our daily consumption.At present,China's vegetable production has been able to meet the daily needs of residents in general.However,the vegetable itself is easily spoiled and difficult to preserve,making it different from the supply chain management structure of other products.The existing vegetable supply chain management structure in Shanxi Province is still in the traditional stage of the supply chain.The problem is outstanding,the chain is long,the links are complicated,and the loss of vegetables in the circulation link is serious,leading to high vegetable prices.In the new era of achieving comprehensive well-off and rural revitalization,it is particularly important to innovate and optimize the vegetable supply chain structure to solve the existing situation of the vegetable market in Shanxi Province.It has become a hot topic in the theoretical field.Supply chain management is an integrated management idea from the macro perspective.By exploring the balance of interests among various entities,each subject is satisfied as much as possible and reduces the total cost.The focus is on the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire supply chain.The cooperation between the various links allows each participant in the supply chain to achieve and maintain a lasting competitive advantage and improve the overall competitiveness of the supply chain.Every step of the whole process of producing,planting,loading and unloading,processing and distribution of vegetables through retailers to consumers has affected the circulation efficiency and efficiency of the entire supply chain to varying degrees.Therefore,it is very effective to study the optimization of a certain link in the supply chain.What is urgently needed is a new supply chain management structure.From the whole of the vegetable supply chain,the problem is studied and the overall optimized solution is sought.Based on the concepts and characteristics of supply chain,supply chain management and vegetable supply chain,this paper firstly discusses the transaction supply cost theory,information asymmetry theory and synergy effect theory,and elaborates that the main research object of this paper is Shanxi vegetable supply chain.structure.Secondly,from the production and operation of vegetables in Shanxi Province,the existing model of vegetable supply chain in Shanxi Province,and further analysis of the problems in the vegetable supply chain structure in Shanxi Province.In view of the above specific problems,three optimization schemes are proposed.The analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the performance of the optimization scheme,and the best solution for vegetable development is determined,and compared with the existing supply chain.Finally,the safeguard measures to promote the implementation of the vegetable supply chain structure optimization plan in Shanxi Province were put forward to effectively improve the overall efficiency of the vegetable supply chain in Shanxi Province.
