Study On The Coordination Of Industrial Structure And Land Use Structure In Chengdu

The main research content of this thesis is the correlation between industrial structure and land use structure in Chengdu.Whether the adjustment of industrial structure and the change of land use structure are closely related.Its purpose is to provide a theoretical basis for the city to formulate a rational development policy and promote the coordinated development of urban industrial structure and land use structure.The industrial structure research method is the deviation degree and information entropy value analysis method,and the land use structure research method is the information entropy value method.The research method of the relationship between the two is Granger causality test and comparative advantage measure and regional difference analysis.Through analysis and test,it is found that there is a certain correlation between Chengdu's industrial structure and land use structure,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Analysis of Spatial and Temporal Changes of Industrial Structure and Land Use Structure.In this paper,the method of information entropy value is used to calculate the information entropy value of industrial structure and land use structure through two dimensions of time and space,and to reflect its dynamic change.It is found that the industrial structure of Chengdu is dominated by the tertiary industry,showing the “third second first” industrial structure model,and the industrial development among different regions is uneven,and there is a certain gap with the developed countries.The information entropy and equilibrium of all types of land use in Chengdu are on the rise,and the information entropy is rising,indicating that the land use gap in Chengdu is becoming smaller and the land use is developing to a medium equilibrium state.(2)Research on the relationship between industrial structure and land use structure.The Granger causality test is used to establish the relevant index system.It is found that when the hysteresis is 2,the null hypothesis is accepted,indicating that there is no Granger causality between the urban land use structure and the urban industrial structure in the five regions in the long run.That is,in the short term,the interaction effect between urban land use structure and industrial structure is not obvious.(3)Analysis of comparative advantage of land use.Using the comparative advantage model,the land use advantages of Chengdu's various strategic regions were analyzed,and it was found that the land use efficiency of each region was significantly different.The tertiary industry in the central region has the highest efficiency and the most obvious advantages.The eastern,northern and central regions have higher efficiency in the use of secondary industries.The northern land use has the most obvious advantages,and the southern and northern regions have high land use efficiency.The northern region has the most obvious land use advantages.
