With the development of society and the advancement of technology,people's quality of life is gradually provided,and the requirements for products are getting higher and higher.Therefore,for a manufacturing enterprise,the quality management of its products is very important,in various qualities.In the management mode,the 6sigma quality management model is relatively new,but it has been verified that Motorola initially used the 6sigma quality management model,and the effect is more obvious.Therefore,the quality management model has attracted the attention of enterprises.6sigma quality management is based on statistics,the essence of which is to reduce deviations and improve quality.6sigma quality management is based on a large number of experimental data and rigorous analysis methods to control the quality of the product,with strong process control capabilities.This paper mainly studies the quality management of plastic parts of Z Company based on6 Sigma,which mainly contains five parts.In the first part,the research background,purpose,main research contents and research progress at home and abroad are introduced.The second part describes the basic theory of 6Sigma,including the basic concepts and basic implementation process of 6Sigma management.The third part analyzes Z company.The bad problems and root causes of plastic parts,introduced the basic situation of Z company,including the company profile,connector plastic parts product description,production process and layout,described the problems of Z company products,including product quality testing methods and The quality problems found were analyzed and the root of the problem was analyzed.The fourth part studies the quality improvement plan of Z company's plastic parts,including the design and implementation of Z company's plastic parts unsatisfied improvement program,and gives the improvement results.The design of the unsatisfied improvement plan includes the establishment of the SIPOC model and design improvement plan.And the process feasibility of the project improvement,the implementation of the unsatisfactory improvement program includes the project schedule planning,the review process of the planning project and the verification implementation improvement plan,and the improvement results include the comparison of the improvement effect of the project,the improvement of the project results and the improvement of the failure.Confirmation of the benefits of the project.The fifth part is the summary and outlook.
