V Company Laptop Largo Mechanical Parts Project Management Research

Project as a fundamental role in the development of national economy and enterprises,in the human economic development plays an important role.With the constant improvement of the level of modernization in our country,more and more enterprises take project management as a means of enterprise management,project management and process optimization theory also has been applied to the practice of enterprise management and engineering.Combined with domestic manufacturing of weakening in recent years,products especially in laptop area,more and more varieties but small volumes,puts forward higher standards on the level of project management requirements.In this paper,the Suzhou Victory Precision Manufacture Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as V company),as a new type of private listed company,facing with how to improve the level of project management,simplify the project implementation process,streamline personnel,improve the efficiency of the many challenges.How to according to the company's current actual situation,the existing project management system,reasonable optimization,maximize the use of company resource,big relationship to the V company in the notebook industry company,and even the core competitiveness in the field of manufacturing in China.I will take D customer of V company,the notebook structure Largo development project as the research object,using project management theory,especially the project schedule management theory to research its notebook mechanical structure development projects,edit the project plan and effectively control,solve in the process of product development plan and follow up the progress whether is timely or not,lack of control,problems such as insufficient resources,to ensure project completed on schedule.At the same time on the project management present situation and the analysis of existing problems,puts forward reasonable optimization scheme,verify the effectiveness and correctness of the optimization scheme.To minimize the products development schedule and make the products can be fast input to the market.The author hope that through this article analysis and research,for the domestic and international engineering enterprise,especially the laptop structure in the field of manufacturing enterprises on how to provide certain reference to improve their project management level.
