At present,the operating costs of physical channels of the three major telecom operators are rising,and the supporting scenarios are limited and the profit model is single.With the increasing popularity of all-network terminals and the increasingly fiercecompetition for terminal card slots,the development is facing great pressure.Which operator number card is inserted into the all-netcom terminal depends to a large extent on the recommendation and guidance of front-line marketing personnel in channel stores,who become an important weight in the whole "card slot competition".How to effectively distribute front-line salesperson award has always been a pain point and difficulty in the management and distribution of remuneration in telecommunication enterprises.There is no safe,efficient,controllable,standardized and easy to manage information system for the distribution of front-line salesperson award.This paper is based on the research background of standardizing and managing the rewards of front-line salesperson.Firstly,the research significance,research method and main contents of the project are introduced.Then,based on the specific case of the project,the author analyzes the problems in the process of implementing the project from four aspects: demand management,time management,quality management and risk management.Finally,it summarizes the project implementation,gives the project management suggestions,and provides reference opinions for the future project implementation.
