Study On Quality And Time Management Of Liangshan Mobile LTE Project In Sichuan

China Mobile Communications Corporation,Sichuan Co.,Ltd.Liangshan Branch(hereinafter referred to as Liangshan Mobile)is a branch office of Sichuan Mobile,the main business of this branch is to carry out mobile communications business in Liangshan,it is the largest mobile communications operators in Liangshan area.Recently,Chinese government policy “Lowering the expense of communications technology to benefit the public” requires that for the protection and continued growth of the market,all the major telecommunications companies must speed up the establishment of LTE bases,as well as industry standard 4G web connections,thus forming a solid foundation for further expansion of the Chinese market in this 4G age.The main task of Liangshan LTE project is to use the project management knowledge to do well in quality control and progress control,increase 4G web and service standards,strictly controlling project costs,and steadily improving the rate of 4G web usage.Sichuan mobile Liangshan LTE project(hereinafter referred to as the Liangshan LTE project)is in the context of the implementation of communications engineering.Liangshan LTE project mainly involves transmission,wireless,power supply,tower construction supporting four categories,because of the degree of specialization of engineering project,single project more,short construction period,and affected by the pressure of market competition caused by the owners of the one-sided pursuit of progress,and the importance of the quality of the project is not enough when circumstances have occurred.How to ensure the quality of the project under the premise of efficient and rapid completion of communication projects,it is necessary to set up a more scientific and practical project quality and time management system and tools for the service.I have the honor to be involved in the project as a project supervisor,I hope the use of scientific management knowledge to effectively control the implementation of the project,so that the quality of the project,time control can effectively balance.In quality management,the quality problems are analyzed using Pareto Diagram and other tools for the Liangshan LTE project,the engineering quality problems of carding and analysis,finally found a suitable project quality management and control method,the engineering quality can be effectively guaranteed.In terms of time management,this paper first analyzes the current situation of thetime management of the LTE project in Liangshan,the management process of the project and the problems existing in the time control.Then put forward the "professional,single item decomposition structure","single lap relation" and "road map" method of combining theory with practice,finally worked out a suitable project time schedule to ensure the project schedule.I led the team to the practice of the project,starting from the analysis of existing problems,to the combination of theory and practice of in-depth study,and ultimately the formation of effective methods and measures of quality and time of communication engineering construction management,promote the smooth implementation of LTE project in Liangshan.The conclusion of this paper has certain reference value and practical value for the quality control and time control of the whole communication engineering construction field.
