Research On The Impact Of Global Innovation Network Embedding On Enterprises’ Independent Innovation Capability

Under the increasingly competitive market background,the independent innovation ability of enterprises has become an important factor in maintaining the core competitiveness of enterprises.In order to make enterprises achieve long-term and lasting development,the embedding degree of the global innovation network has played an important role in this,as one of the important symbols of enterprise internationalization,whether it is a professional enterprise or a composite enterprise,it will have a profound impact on it.This paper selects A-share high-tech enterprises from 2015 to 2019 as the research object,and studies its impact on the independent innovation ability of enterprises from the perspective of the embedding degree of global innovation network.Based on the consideration of the degree of embedding of global innovation networks as an independent variable of this paper,incentive strategies and regulatory variables made for this article by enterprises are also introduced.The research results show that:(1)The embedding degree of the global innovation network is more conducive to the improvement of the independent innovation ability of enterprises,and the two have a significant positive relationship.That is,the deepening of the embedding of the global innovation network further promotes the occurrence of enterprise innovation activities.(2)Salary incentives have played a positive role in regulating the relationship between the embedding degree of the global innovation network and the independent innovation ability of enterprises.(3)Equity incentives will negatively affect the relationship between the embedding degree of the global innovation network and the independent innovation ability of enterprises.(4)Compared with non-state-owned enterprises,state-owned enterprises have more promoting roles in the relationship between the embedding degree of global innovation networks and the independent innovation ability of enterprises,but the results are not significant enough.Finally,based on the above empirical research results,this paper puts forward the rationalization suggestions for the future development of enterprises,which enriches the research in the field of independent innovation of enterprises to a certain extent,and is more practical and can be used as a reference opinion for high-tech enterprises.
