The electric power industry is a pillar industry of our country,and it is also the key of economic construction and social development.In the process that market economy system innovates ceaselessly development.In the process of the reform and development of the power system,the development ability and overall quality of grassroots staff will directly affect the development of the enterprise,improve the overall quality of grassroots staff,innovative staff management mechanism will also become one of the key tasks of the reform of power enterprises,to create a good management environment for the scientific development of enterprises.As the state grid corporation during the "twelfth five-year" put forward "three sets of five" development strategy,realize the scientific transformation of management pattern and build vertical and lateral collaborative chain intensive control of supply chain provides scientific guidance,the original performance management mode has entered the new stage of exploration,especially for the employees bear the foundation work,how to arouse the enthusiasm of employees,motivate employees potential has become the largest "people-oriented" as the guiding ideology of the most important work.In this paper,the state grid electric power co.,LTD.,Hubei province has prefecture-level H power supply company(hereinafter referred to as the "company")a line of employees as the research object,based on the system performance evaluation related theory,take the literature research,questionnaire investigation,research methods such as analytic hierarchy process(ahp),based on the balanced scorecard principle,employees will organize the goal and work content,the combination of optimization to improve H front-line staff performance appraisal scheme of power supply company,employees to achieve a more complete and effective performance management system.Designing the performance appraisal index system for front-line employees of H power supply company,and determine the relative weight of each appraisal index by analytic hierarchy process,so as to provide a more scientific and reasonable index system for performance appraisal.Finally,in the process of performance appraisal management,a series of measures are developed to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization plan.
