Research On The Risk Management Of XX Real Estate Project

Real estate projects are now facing many challenges brought by the increasingly competitive market environment.How to effectively improve the level of risk management will be directly related to the future development.However,as far as the current situation is concerned,there are still some shortcomings in the risk management of XX real estate project.This paper chooses XX real estate project as the research object,hoping that this research can help it improve the level of risk management,enhance the ability to resist risks,survive and develop in the challenges.Based on the theory of risk management,this paper takes XX real estate project as the research object.Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation of XX real estate project,and identifies the risk factors of the project from four aspects of decision-making period,preparation period,construction period and sales period based on the whole life cycle of the real estate project.Then,it uses the combination of fuzzy evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process to analyze the current situation of risk management of XX real estate project.Finally,combined with the evaluation results of XX real estate project risk management,some suggestions are put forward.Through this study,we can see that XX real estate project risk management is at the "medium risk" level,which is the comprehensive risk level of the project,indicating that the project has low risk and can be invested.Aiming at the risk management of XX real estate project,this paper puts forward detailed risk management measures from four stages: decision-making period,preparation period,construction period and sales period.Through this study,on the one hand,it can improve the risk management level of real estate company,strengthen the prevention and control of company risk,ensure the smooth development of the project,and provide guarantee for the healthy,stable and sustainable development of the project.On the other hand,it is also conducive to the relevant state departments to strengthen the supervision of the real estate company business,promote the healthy development of the real estate industry,and then promote the healthy development of the national economy.
