The petrochemical industry is one of the important industries for China's economic development.However,with the country's strict supervision of the petrochemical industry and the increasingly saturated refining and chemical plants,China's petrochemical enterprises are facing fierce competitio n from the global market environment.The level puts forward higher requirements,and performance appraisal,as an important link in enterprise management,requires enterprises to conduct in-depth research.Guided by domestic and foreign research theories,this paper aims at the backward performance of the traditional performance appraisal system of state-owned enterprises and overemphasizes the status of financial indicators.It has designed a set of performance appraisal system based on balanced scorecard theory for A petrochemical company.On the basis of drawing lessons from the existing research results at home and abroad,this paper first analyzes the current situation of the original performance appraisal system of A Petrochemical Company,and finds t hat the performance appraisal process is not standardized,the design of performance appraisal index is lack of rationality,and the performance appraisal is mere form.Staff participation in performance appraisal and many other problems,and in-depth analysis of the reasons for the problem.In order to solve the existing problems,according to the characteristics of petrochemical industry and the actual production and operation of Company A,a set of balanced score card performance appraisal system has been developed for A Petrochemical Company,from finance,customer,internal process.The four dimensions of learning and growth are used to set up the performance evaluation index,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each index,so as to construct the performance appraisal system of the balanced scorecard.Finally,the implementation of the balanced scorecard performance appraisal system is put forward,and the expected effect is analyzed.A petrochemical company should pay attention to the balanced scorecard performance appraisal system from a strategic perspective.The BSC the enterprise strategic objectives with the performance appraisal system to promote the realization of the company's strategic goals;the introduction of the balanced scorecard needs to be combined with the company's own production and operation.Characteristics,for A petrochemical company,the safety and environmental protection indicators are added to the internal process dimension when the specific assessment indicators are set,and the enterprise's safety and environmental protection awareness is strengthened,which is conducive to promoting the overall production and operation capability of the enterprise.This paper has reference and guiding significance for the performance appraisal of other petrochemical enterprises.
