The twenty-first Century competition is no longer between the enterprise and enterprise's competition,but between the supply chain and supply chain competition.Now,the procurement problem under the environment of supply chain and supplier management has become an important part of supply chain management.Supply chain management to reduce the purchasing cost,provides a broad space to improve efficiency,but also to the enterprise purchasing management has brought new challenges.An important field has an important practical significance in the procurement of study is the supplier selection and management problem.Choose good suppliers and the implementation of dynamic management can significantly reduce procurement costs,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,the supplier selection and management has become the most important work in the purchasing decision.This paper first describes the research status and development trend of domestic and international supplier evaluation index system and selection method,and sums up the procedures of supplier selection and the principle of establishing evaluation index system.And then introduced the TDI company and the original supplier evaluation index system and evaluation method of choice,the company focused on the evaluation of suppliers from the angle of quality,and the selection method is a qualitative method;at the same time,the old TDI company supplier selection in the process of rapid development of exposed many problems,and analyzes the causes of problems.Based on the characteristics of industry and TDI company,this paper established a set to suit the TDI's supplier evaluation index system,the index system to retain the original supplier selection,pay attention to the quality of the principle of the system,and from the perspective of the supply chain management comprehensive evaluation of suppliers.Finally,based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the company proposed TDI supplier selection model,which is based on the paper constructs a new supplier evaluation system TDI company,supplier selection model given steps and formulas.In this paper,TDI's suppliers,for example,be applied supplier selection model,and model results are given.
