Talent management is an important part of enterprise management.Advanced talent management system can effectively attract,retain and motivate employees,thus playing an important role in the sustainable development and competitiveness of enterprises.With the rapid development of Mongolian economy and the expansion of opening up,Mongolian enterprises are gradually integrated into the world market.Talent management in enterprises is bound to be in line with the world and take the road of standardization and marketization.Talent management,as an important part of enterprise management,has increasingly become a constraining factor for the development and growth of Mongolian enterprises.Talent management is an important part of enterprise management.Advanced talent management system can effectively attract,retain and motivate employees,which plays an important role in the sustainable development and competitiveness of enterprises.With the rapid development of Mongolian economy and the expansion of opening up,Mongolian enterprises gradually integrate into the world market.The talent management of enterprises must be in line with the world and follow the road of standardization and marketization.As an important part of enterprise management,talent management has increasingly become a restricting factor for the development and expansion of enterprises in Mongolia.Based on talent management theory,human resource theory and intelligence resource theory,this paper makes an in-depth study on talent management of state-owned enterprises in Mongolia.By means of interview,investigation and analysis of documents,this paper investigates the talent management of state-owned enterprises in Mongolia,and finds five problems: the low position of talent management department,the lack of professionalism in management,the neglect of talent resource planning,the lack of scientificity in talent resource recruitment,the need for further improvement of talent resource incentive mechanism and the defects in performance management.In view of the above problems,through the systematic and scientific analysis of the causes,and drawing on the successful experience of Chinese enterprises,it is concluded that the talent management of Mongolian state-owned enterprises needs to be solved from five aspects: the combination of talent resource planning and enterprise development strategy,the improvement of personnel recruitment system,the enhancement of talent training work,the improvement of performance management system and the improvement of salary management system Problem.At present,the development of human resource system in Mongolia is still in the primary stage,and there are still many problems in all aspects of talent management.According to the national conditions of Mongolia,Mongolian enterprises will deepen their understanding of human resource work and develop their own characteristic human resource system.To realize the optimal allocation of human resources in state-owned enterprises and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
