Aviation industry is a strategic high-tech industry that reflects the comprehensive national strength and military deterrence.Its rapid development can lead to the continuous progress of the national basic industrial system and science and technology.Since aviation products are characterized by long industrial chain,intensive manufacturing technology,complex material categories and wide distribution of suppliers,the supply chain management capability is bound to become the core competitiveness of aviation manufacturing enterprises.Competition among modern enterprises has developed into the competition among the enterprise-focused supply chains.The research on supply chain management of aviation industry is conducive to improving the management efficiency of aviation industry,reducing the operation cost of supply chain,enhancing the overall competitiveness of supply chain,and then supporting the development of the whole national basic industrial system.Huangtian Corporation is a traditional large-scale state-owned aviation manufacturing enterprise,which plays an important role in the domestic aviation industry.It is a typical functional enterprise at the initial stage in the optimization of supply chain management.Its supply chain management process is characterized by low dominance,many non-value-added links and low collaboration efficiency among functional departments,which brings serious challenges to the cost and efficiency of supply chain management.This is also the reality of the supply chain situation of state-owned manufacturing enterprises in aviation industry.There are many theories and methods to optimize and study supply chain management and process-based supply chain management optimization is one of the effective means to improve and transformation the supply chain in traditional large-scale manufacturing enterprises.Undertaking the development plan of Huangtian Corporation,analyzing and researching the characteristics and problems of its supply chain management,combining with the theory of supply chain management and process transformation,researching the supply chain management optimization and providing the optimization scheme for supply chain management in Huangtian Corporation by following the best practice in advanced enterprise can not only promote the improvement of Huangtian Corporation's own supply chain management,but also have great significance for the overall development of supply chain in domestic aviation industry.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The analysis of theoretical research on supply chain and the characteristics of Huangtian Corporation's supply chain.Through literature review,this paper reviews the theoretical basis of supply chain management,the research and application status of supply chain management,the basic theory of business process re-engineering,and the research status of business process re-engineering,etc.This paper also introduces the development history,current situation,planning and main characteristics of Huangtian Corporation.(2)The analysis of current status of aviation supply chain management in Huangtian Corporation.Based on SWOT and benchmark analysis and combined with the development status and supply chain characteristics of Huangtian Corporation,the analytical research on supply chain management environment of Huangtian Corporation is carried out and the diagnosis is made from the perspectives of organization,management process,supply chain planning management,logistics management,supplier management,supply chain IT system construction to analyze the achievements and the main problems existed,which show that the most urgent problem to be solved in the optimization of supply chain management in Huangtian Corporation is the optimization of supply chain business process.(3)The research on aviation industry supply chain management optimization in Huangtian Corporation.The optimization research is carried out from three main aspects: top-level architecture Transformation of process-based enterprise management,optimization design of supply chain management process system of Huangtian Corporation,and aviation industry oriented supply chain management IT system.The objectives and principles of process optimization in Huangtian Corporation are formulated;the top-level process framework and organizational structure of the company are designed;the optimization design of supply chain management process is conducted,especially for the key businesses of supply chain management in Huangtian Corporation.This paper ends with exploring and studying the related work of IT construction of supply chain management based on business optimization of supply chain management process and combined with the design method of IT system architecture.
