Research On The Dependence Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Minority Areas Of Sichuan Province

Poverty is a common problem in the world.As a worldwide problem,it is highly concerned by governments and scholars all over the world.Poverty issues are related to the survival and development of the poor,and to the economic development and social stability of a region and a country.Along with the rapid development of China's economy and society,China's poverty alleviation work has achieved remarkable achievements.However,there are still more than 30 million poor people in China,with a wide distribution area,mainly concentrated in contiguous destitute areas and ethnic minority areas.Therefore,for the problem of dependence on poverty and livelihood sustainability in the precise poverty alleviation policy of ethnic areas in Sichuan Province Significance.Liangshan Prefecture in Sichuan Province is a contiguous destitute area.The fragile ecological environment,the relatively backward material and economic conditions,and the relatively poor education and skills of farmers and herdsmen make it more poor and have a wider poverty.Regional characteristics such as complex causes of poverty.Poverty is always closely linked to family livelihoods.From the perspective of sustainable livelihood theory,this paper takes the problem of accurate poverty alleviation and the sustainability of livelihood in ethnic areas as the starting point,and analyzes the dependence and persistence of poor households.The results of the study show that under the current poverty alleviation policy,the dependence of poor households on poverty alleviation policies is still high,and the sustainability of poverty alleviation livelihoods is reduced to some extent.To break the limitations of livelihood development,we must eliminate the dependence of poor households,so that under the background of the national precision poverty alleviation policy,poor households are more active and able to adjust their livelihood strategies,broaden household income channels,and effectively use the country.Help policy.At the same time,aiming at the problem of poverty alleviation dependence,we should solve psychological dependence and behavioral dependence through mechanism design,fund dependence through financial poverty alleviation,market dependence through business,and environmental dependence through green poverty alleviation so as to promote better economic development in ethnic povertystricken areas.
