Research On Risk Management Of Dbh Exhibition Project Of Company A

The current rapid development of Chinese exhibition industry also faces a problem from many aspects,has not yet formed a set of exhibition economy development mode suitable for China's national conditions,many exhibitors exhibition companies and lack of system risk management concept,causes for the celebration of the exhibition effect and the low efficiency of management,prone to accidents.Therefore,this paper analyzed the risk management status of DBH exhibition project from the perspective of the company's managers.The current problems in the risk management of DBH project of company A include incomplete project decomposition,insufficient international exhibition organization capacity,insufficient project risk identification and unclear division of department responsibilities.This paper makes a comprehensive use of literature research,case analysis and comparative analysis,and combines the risk management theory of exhibition project and the basic method of DBH project,from planning and operation to completing the risk identification at different stages.risk analysis,risk assessment and risk response of different links such as the focus of the control is analyzed and corresponding countermeasures are given,the main optimization measures include perfecting project decomposition,strengthen the ability of organization,perfect the risk management key points,optimizing the internal responsibility division.This article research is helpful to early may encounter in the process of project for risk management and control,quality,schedule for potential hazards and control the probability of occurrence of A risk to the minimum,promote A company conference and exhibition service quality and efficiency of management of the project,and enhance brand image and competitiveness,at the same time can also be used for the same category of convention and exhibition can provide A valuable reference for the success of the project.
