| In recent years,China’s rural tourism has developed rapidly,and has made great contributions to promoting national and regional economies,promoting rural industrial restructuring,improving farmers’ living standards,and improving rural ecological environment.However,most of the current rural tourism is developed spontaneously,and many problems have arisen in the course of its development.At present,the development of rural tourism in most areas is still in an extensive stage,with homogenization,single business,thin strength,short industrial chain,less cooperation between industries,and low integration.Rural tourism wants to improve the quality of rural tourism development and make it sustainable.Therefore,it is a feasible way to choose industry-oriented rural tourism development.This paper takes Sansheng Township and Yuanjia Village as research objects to study the mode and operation mechanism of industry-oriented rural tourism development.Firstly,we sort out related concepts and theories about industrial-oriented rural tourism development from books and literatures,and extract relevant theories: industrial integration theory,community participation theory,multiplier theory,and then analyze the development status and characteristics of rural tourism in China.And related models,summarizing the common problems in the development of industryoriented rural tourism: homogenization,unfair distribution of benefits,imperfect infrastructure and public services,and excessive commercialization.On this basis,choose the case of industrial tourism oriented rural tourism: Chengdu Sansheng Township and Shaanxi Yuanjia Village,through the analysis of its operational mechanism,SWOT comprehensive analysis,summed up the solution to the problems in rural tourism development : Establish a diversified financing mechanism,choose a reasonable community participation model,promote industrial integration and establish a rural cultural brand.Finally,give advice on industry-oriented rural tourism development. |
