In the era of knowledge economy,the development and accumulation of human capital is the basic source of economic growth.Knowledge has gradually replaced land,capital,equipment and other production factors as the core resources of enterprises.Knowledge and talents with knowledge have become the main source of core competitiveness of enterprises,and the importance of human capital in enterprises has gradually increased compared with other non-human capital.Especially since the second decade of the 21 st century,the speed of knowledge renewal has been accelerating.Scientists predict that the total amount of human knowledge will double every year.Therefore,if enterprises want to be in an advantage in the fierce market competition,they must increase the investment of human capital.How to effectively invest human capital,motivate core talents,and make them internalize enterprise goals into their own goals,so as to improve their work enthusiasm and efficiency is the requirement for every enterprise manager in the era of knowledge economy.The main purpose of this research is to investigate a high-tech industrial group company in Z city by means of literature research,questionnaire survey,qualitative and quantitative analysis.On the basis of statistical analysis,this paper understands the current situation of human capital investment,the real needs of employees and the existing problems of employee incentive in the era of knowledge economy,and seeks for the incentive mode of human capital investment suitable for this group.This study consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research status at home and abroad,as well as the ideas and innovations of this paper.Chapter two introduces the concept,theoretical basis,research methods and research ideas of this research.The third chapter through the questionnaire survey to the group company,found that the current stimulation condition of the human capital investment in the company,because the company is the collection automobile engine system,car electronics,security systems,automotive electronics and automobile tire manufacturing as one of the group company,is a representative of the high-tech industry companies,so the research of the group company human capitalinvestment incentive situation also meet the requirements of the era of knowledge economy;The fourth chapter analyzes the existing incentive problems of human capital investment in the group company,and finds that there are some problems in the company,such as relatively single form of human capital investment,unreasonable compensation system design,lack of fairness of incentive mechanism,and lack of attention to training investment.Therefore,human capital investment has no obvious incentive effect on employees.The fifth chapter,combined with the characteristics of the era of knowledge economy,systematically puts forward the incentive measures suitable for the group's human capital investment from the aspects of perfecting the human capital investment system,strengthening the equity of incentive system and strengthening the training of professional talents.Chapter six summarizes the previous analysis conclusions and expounds the shortcomings and improvement directions of this research.
