In recent decades,China's economy has continued to maintain rapid growth,but it can not cover up the facts that tensely land use,extensive land use and ecological deterioration of the environment restricting the development of social economy.In this case,only through using regional innovation to change the mode of economic development and taking the road of "two oriented society",were the endogenous motivation and fundamental measures of realizing land intensive conservation and sustainable use.Based on this,the author analyzes the coupling coordination between regional innovation and land use efficiency in Changsha County,in order to make the two better serving the healthy development of social economy.On the basis of the related concepts and theories,this paper finding six dimensions as innovation input,innovation output,innovation environment,social benefits of land use,economic benefits of land use and ecological benefits of land use,selecting 32 indicators,constructing regional innovation index system and land use efficiency index system.Then using the method of entropy weight to measure the level of regional innovation and land use efficiency in ChangshaCounty,and measuring the coupling degree between two and subsystems basing on the theory of coupling coordination.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Between 2006-2015 years,the regional innovation capacity of Changsha County has been steadily improved,and the annual growth rate is 21.9%,the innovation input is the backbone in the development of innovation ability in Changsha County;The output of innovation is the most important index to measure the regional innovation ability,but the output efficiency in Changsha County still needs to be improved;The innovation development of Changsha County is not balanced in regions.(2)The comprehensive benefits of land use in Changsha County increased steadily in a slight fluctuation,and the annual growth rate is 35%,the degree of intensive land use was gradually increased;The land economic growth is the most stable,and accounting for the largest weight.(3)The coupling degree between regional innovation and land use efficiency of Changsha County is above 0.9 since 2006,it shows that there is a strong coupling between the two,and the relationship is very stable.The coupling coordination degree increased from 0.31 to0.95,it shows that the relationship between the two is more harmonious.(4)The results of coupling analysis on subsystemsshows:In the initial stage,the dispersion degree of each coupling body was higher,the difference was bigger.With the passage of time,the overall level of coordination was improved and tended to be consistent.The land economic benefit has high sensitivity,and was able to quickly adjust and promote the coordinated development of regional innovation and land use efficiency.The regional innovation is the most stable,and we must make great efforts to improve the innovation environment in order to promoting the development of the regional innovation and land use efficiency system under the condition that the other factors are saturated.Based on the above conclusions,there are 4 suggestions put forward for the development of regional innovation and land use in this paper:(1)Improving the output efficiency of innovation,promoting the innovation ability;(2)Supporting the weak areas,balancing the innovation development.(3)Optimizing the industrial structure,promoting the economic quality;(4)Improving the regional environment,consolidating the basis of regional innovation and land use efficiency.
