At the time of great changes in the global economy and the great development of China's economy,in order to enhance market competitiveness and meet customer demand,Chinese enterprises have shifted to production according to orders and manufacturing on demand.The change of production mode has posed challenges to their logistics system and forced enterprises to upgrade and transform the production logistics system.Suzhou JUTONG company is the early professional logistics transportation system integration manufacturer in China,specializing in the planning and implementation of modern logistics transportation system.Due to the lack of enterprise logistics system construction experience,the finished product logistics system construction project of G tire company undertaken by Suzhou JUTONG company is facing great risks and challenges in the construction process.Suzhou JUTONG company is not comprehensive enough in identifying many potential risk factors,and lacks quantitative analysis of project evaluation methods,leading to a series of problems such as lack of specific measures to deal with project risks.Therefore,in order to reduce the risk of logistics system construction and avoid the loss of enterprises.This paper will adopt scientific risk management method to reduce the risk of G tire company's finished product logistics system construction project.To start with,by work breakdown structure analysis and brainstorming method in the paper each procedure of the project was searched and obtained the risk factors,including decision-making risk,technical risk,procurement risk,manufacturing risk and organizational risk,and to build the risk hierarchy structure model of the finished product logistics system construction project of G tire company.Then getting the right importance for each risk factor by analytic hierarchy process and put them in right order.According to the scoring results of15 experts and senior personnel in related fields,the project was comprehensively evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCE).According to the evaluation results,the risk management system of the project was established,and the risk model of the finished product logistics systemconstruction project of G tire company was constructed.And taking actively effective rmeasures for each risk factor;through risk mitigation,risk prevention,risk transfer,risk acceptance,risk reserve strategy to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.Through a series of risk management studies on the construction project of finished product logistics system of G tire company,it is hoped that an effective risk management method can be summarized to provide certain reference for the construction risk management of logistics and transportation system project of similar enterprises in the future.
