Research On Investment Risk Management Of PPP Project In TS Company

Since the implementation of city construction and the "The Belt and Road" strategy,the function of PPP model in China's increasingly powerful infrastructure.In fact,PPP project in China are numerous.The construction of the PPP project in the field of public service,because of the scale,construction and operation cycle of the construction project,often requires huge capital investment,which makes the PPP project become particularly complex and too risky.Taking hehe town project as an example,this paper studies the investment risk management of PPP project of Jincheng Group by the methods of literature research,case study,qualitative and quantitative analysis.First of all,the related theories of risk management and PPP project are combed,and the relevant scientific methods involved in the process of risk management and the definition and classification of PPP project are deeply expounded.Then the Jincheng Group using the PPP project investment project overview.According to the example of Jincheng Group,this paper first expounds the project of Jincheng Group.Secondly,the investment status of Jincheng Group and other private sectors and government departments under the PPP project is introduced in detail.On the basis of the analysis,the various risks in the application process of the PPP project are analyzed,and the different risks are analyzed in detail,and the countermeasures are put forward from the political level,the construction level of the project,the market level and the golden thaw level according to the possible risks of different factors.The political level mainly includes: the rational orientation of the role of the government,the strengthening of government management and service capabilities,the improvement of PPP related laws and regulations,and the strengthening of government regulation.The level of project construction includes: making early stage risk management plan,improving risk prevention and control measures in construction period,and improving management level in operation period.The market level mainly includes: improving the level of contract management and strictly observing the spirit of contract.The financial level mainly includes: designing the price formation and adjusting mechanism scientifically,and recommending the establishment of PPP fund.The results of this study can improve the risk control level,reduce the risk of occurrence and reduce the degree of damage to the project to accumulate experience,and effectively ensure the smooth implementation of the project.It is hoped that it will play a certain reference and reference role for risk control and management of other PPP project.
