Since the 1990 s,the market competition pattern has evolved from the independent combat mode based on individual enterprise to the team combat mode based on the supply chain.Especially with the market dynamics are increasingly obvious,in order to consolidate and expand the interests,how to achieve the collaborative operation management between the participants of the supply chain has become a key issue in the field of supply chain management.The advantages of both the vendor managed inventory mode and the just-in-time model are inherited by the Supply-hub mode.Besides,a large amount of information from the information sharing platform can be collected and utilized by the hub operators.Operating a Supply-hub well can effectively improve the synergy capacity and the operation performance of the whole supply chain has already been proved both in theory and practice.In an assembly supply chain,the parts quality and supply efficiency created by the suppliers have closely influenced on the effect manufacturers response to market demand for suppliers are always considered as the input of the whole supply chain.Therefore,selecting and optimizing suppliers are the core issues when construct and operate a supply chain.From the perspective of Supply-hub and consider hub as the collaboration center when operate a supply chain,the dynamic construction of logistics service supply chain combined with coordinated operation optimization of supply chain was focused and studied in this paper.First of all,the supply chain collaboration issue,the Supply-hub operation issue,and the suppliers optimization selection issue were expounded and analyzed through literatures,so that the development trend of relevant theory and practice were discovered,and the research direction and contents of this article were determined.Secondly,the definition and structure characteristics of traditional logistics service supply chain were analyzed,and the concept of logistics service supply chain referred to in this paper was distinguished and defined,then corresponding structure was given.On this basis,the dynamic and two-way drive characteristics of supply and demand of modern logistics service supply chain were combined with the advantages belonged to Supply-hub mode,and the related factors and structure of Supply-hub based logistics service supply chain were studied.Then,based on the lateral collaboration ability of suppliers must at least exists in every two suppliers,the expert evaluation method and fuzzy set theory were combined to study the synergy between suppliers,and the corresponding mathematical model was established;At the same time,the supply cost model was established based on the hypothesis analysis of the supply chain,and the multi-objective optimization model including synergism and supply cost was given.Finally,the characteristics of the logistics service supply chain studied in this article were combined,then the evidence theory method and fuzzy synthesis method were used to transform a multi-objective problem into a single one,and the genetic toolbox of Matlab was used to solve the problem.Besides,the sensitivities of related parameters were analyzed.In the end,the Supply-hub model can be applied in a logistics service supply chain and solve the dynamic problems related well were verified.
