With the continuous development of the globa l economy,the competition among domestic modern banks is becoming more and more fierce.How to stand out among the competitors is the concern of each bank.Performance evaluation system as an important part of performance management,is an evaluation method of bank employee achievement and performance,its construction and implementation have a great impact on the implementation of the bank strategic objectives.Deepening the performance evaluation system is of great significance,that is because the performance appraisal which is a process that helping members and organization improves themselves,can not only achieve individual performance,but also achieve organizational performance.At the same time,reasonable and effective performance appraisal system can not only inspire the employee's enthusiasm and creativity,which can promote staff work for the bank business objectives,but also plays an important role in maintaining and stabilizing the staff in the fierce competition environment.The paper selects HK rural commercial bank staff performance appraisal system as the research object,which focusing on the problems of current performance appraisal system,influencing factors and reconstruction scheme,and aiming to provide a new idea for the bank employees,especially the HK rural commercial bank employee performance evaluation system.The paper analysises present situation of HK rural commercial bank employee performance appraisal system under the guidance of performance management theory,which inclueds evaluation content,evaluation procedures,organization and implementation.On the basis of understanding the status,it summarizes the main problems and influential factors of HK rural commercial bank employee performance appraisal system,and puts for ward reconstruction shemes from performance appraisal orientation,evaluation design for branch bank responsible people,evaluation design for people-in-charge,evaluation design for the general staff,and pointed out that the performance appraisal system implementation process and the safeguard measures from system,organization,technology and communications.
