The Risk Identification And Control Study For The NWW Urban Village Reconstruction Project

With the development of economy and urbanization process accelerated,the scale of the city is more and more big,the countryside surrounding the city has been annexed to the cities,the village in living conditions,economy,culture and city in such aspects as there is a certain gap,can't really into the cities,thus gives rise to the phenomenon of "village in city”.Urban village reconstruction is complicated and risky projects,with a large investment,long cycle,many uncertain factors characteristics,and there is no a set of system management method,therefore,inevitably there are many problems of renovation project.Urban villages renovation project in order to avoid the influence of the problems and risks,must have the corresponding laws and regulations on urban village reconstruction specification,also should have the necessary guidance theory achievements in this field,so that the smooth implement of the urban village reconstruction.This article is in reference on the basis of predecessors' research results,based on the theory of the risk management theory,in dongying district NWW urban village reconstruction project risk management research,according to the actual situation of urban villages renovation project NWW,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the project risk management system,the NWW stakeholders in the process of urban village reconstruction to evaluate risk factors,find out the risk existing reasons behind,finally put forward in view of the various stakeholders risk coping strategies and monitoring measures,at the level of risk control in a reasonable scope,increase the urban village reconstruction project feasibility,to set up a "government-enterprise developers-village collective and villagers" tripartite to benign interactive development mechanism,with the success of the project implementation of the guidance forurban village reconstruction,radically ensure the benign development of urban construction.
