KT company is a military industrial enterprise providing Aviation Weapon Equipment for the army.The quality of aviation products is related to human life,the victory of war and national security.As employees of aviation enterprises,we must regard quality as the foundation of our career and the basis of our business development.We shall work solidly,"start from me,start from now,start bit by bit ",and continuously improve the quality of work and product.Quality management is the core of enterprise management,therefore,how to strengthen quality management,improve the quality of products,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,has become the rules of enterprise survival.Starting from the principle and method of quality management,this paper studies the problems existing in quality management of KT company by teasing and expounding the current situation of quality management and the development process of quality management of Aviation Industry Corporation of China,Ltd.,.During the 13 th five-year plan period,KT company has achieved rapid development,that the professional field has been rapidly expanded,and the variety of products has multiplied.However,there are so many problems in quality management of KT company,which caused company ranked at lower ranking for the quality performance at customer's suppliers review,many internal and external quality issues,high quantity of repaired products,first pass yield and submission pass rate lower than the target,and many internal and external audit non-conformance findings.On the basis of study of literature theories carefully,this paper analyzes the causes of KT company's quality management problems.The main reason include that the internal audit goes formalistic and the drawing inferences is perfunctory,and quality supervision is not in place,the implementation not compliance with the system regulation,the weak quality consciousness of the employees,and the idea and concept does not reach the designated position,the quality responsibility mechanism is unsound,the responsibility has not been really implemented,the quality data collection and analysis are insufficient,and the total quality improvement has not formed an effective mechanism.For all this,this paper will present KT company's quality management improvement plan,which clarifies the principles and objectives of quality management improvement,and puts forward improvement measures such as carrying out quality audit and quality performance evaluation,promoting quality improvement,etc.Meanwhile,it puts forward four guarantee measures such as playing a leading role in promoting the implementation of KT company's quality management improvement program,strengthening the construction of quality team and quality culture,and maintaining internal and external communication.Through the combination of literature review and case analysis,the theoretical research is combined with the specific practice of enterprises.It can not only reveal the universal problems existing in the quality management of enterprises,but also analyze and study the actual situation of KT company with certain pertinence for enterprises,hoping to bring thinking and reference to the development of similar enterprises.
