Research On Human Resource Management Of A Company's Pure Electric Bus Demonstration Line Research Project

In recent years,with the technical development and promotion of new energy vehicles,under the background that the country advocates "ecological civilization" and vigorously practices "Clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver",new energy vehicles,as one of the important contents of the national "13th Five-Year Plan" development,have entered the fast lane of development.How to promote and apply new energy vehicle technology while developing is particularly important.Buses are one of the most important public travel modes and electric buses are also widely used.However,due to the influence of cost and stock of buses,the development and promotion efforts vary from place to place.The government has given policy and financial support in promoting new energy vehicles,and has proposed the establishment of demonstration projects to promote industry development and social benefits.This paper mainly describes the concept and theory of project human resource management based on the basic knowledge of project management.Then this paper makes a simple analysis and comparison between project human resource management and general human resource management,and makes a systematic research on project human resource management.In this paper,the pure electric bus demonstration line project of Company A is taken as an example.Through systematic analysis of the current situation of project management,the existing problems in project human resources management are summarized,and finally some solutions are put forward aiming at the existing problems in project human resources management.Through optimization of organizational structure,team recruitment and allocation,training scheme of project team,redesign of project performance management system,etc.,specific implementation schemes are put forward according to the actual situation of the project.Finally,the author draws some experiences and thoughts.On the one hand,on the issue of project management,we should first attach importance to project human resources management,and human management is the core of management.On the other hand,project management is a complex management system.Only through project human resources managementcannot manage a project well.It is necessary that project management and other management methods of project management match and promote each other in order to continuously improve the level of project management.Although the demonstration line project has been completed,the research in this paper can provide some reference for the future development projects of pure electric buses.At the same time,it is found that project management is a comprehensive management discipline,which requires mutual support in various fields of project management.When various knowledge,skills,tools and technologies are applied to projects,they must be integrated and matched to improve the comprehensive management level of projects so as to meet the requirements of projects.This paper hopes that through the actual research and analysis of the project,the suggestions and expectations put forward in the follow-up research can play a positive role in the development of the new energy bus field.
