This thesis first introduces the research background of the thesis.Intellectual property rights legislation,administrative law enforcement,judicial protection and intellectual property policies indicate that intellectual property system is improving.Then lead to the research object and research problem of the thesis.Then introduce the relevant literature on intellectual property transaction.From the essence of intellectual property and characteristics of intellectual property transactions carding intellectual property theory.Intellectual property transaction pattern theory includes intellectual property assignment and intellectual property licensing.Then highlight the transaction costs theory.Then the dilemma of intellectual property transaction is analyzed.Then construct the conceptual model of intellectual property transaction from the subject of transaction,the object of the transaction,the process of transaction and the transaction costs.Outline and the analysis the conceptual model.Analyse the transaction subject from the seller,the buyer and intermediary of intellectual property transactions in the conceptual model.Research the transaction process from the beginning,middle and completed stage of process.Then analyze the intellectual property transaction costs,and the relationship between transaction costs and e-commerce.On this batsis,put forward the CIPRUN O3 intellectual property transaction mode.Analyse the background of O3 mode from the development of e-commerce and CIPRUN's experience.Introduce the O3 mode development scheme from scheme design,scheme operation,scheme implementation and the future.Analyse the O3 mode benefits from the economic benefits,social benefits and commercial value.These research is in response to the research problem of the thesis.Finally,summary the conclusions and prospects of the thesis.
