With the implementation of a series of pharmaceutical reform policies,such as the "two-ticket system",consistency evaluation and declining price of drug,pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises are faced with challenges and pressures such as the reduction of profit margins and the transformation of distribution model.But at the same time,with the increase in domestic per capita income,the aging of the population and the improvement of national health awareness,pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises have ushered in an important period of opportunity.The external environment of change puts new demands on the ability of enterprise organizations to adapt to the external environment.The ability to respond to the external environment is often closely related to the flexibility and flatness of the organizational structure of the organization itself.Therefore,from the perspective of organizational structure change,the article takes Gansu Longshen Company as the research subject,follows the research ideas of discovering problems,analyzing and solving problems,and through in-depth interviews,questionnaires and other research methods,for Gansu Longshen Company and its organization.The structure is analyzed and found to have problems in the efficiency and setting of organizational structure,and it has the necessity and urgency of organizational structure change.In the process of analyzing the problems and their causes,combined with the analysis of the influencing factors of the organizational structure,the article proposes a plan for the transformation of the organization structure of Gansu Longshen Company.At the same time,fully analyze the dynamics and resistance factors in the implementation of the change plan,and propose resistance measures and implementation strategies.
