Exploration On The Consortium Model Of Black Tea Industry In Hunan Changde City

Changde City is located in the northwestern of Hunan Province.It is located at the northeastern end of the Wuling Mountains and the Xuefeng Mountains.It also has abundant water resources such as the Dongting Lake system,the Yuan jiang River,and Lishui River.According to historical records,from the Xijing Dynasty period with "good tea from the seven county in wuling",the history of producing tea in Changde has been more than 1900 years.Until the Qing Dynasty,Changde black tea used to be one of the representatives of “Hu Hong”.The annual export trade volume shipped to Hankou was 40% of the total annual export trade of black tea at that time.Changde’s black tea has always played an important role in Hunan Province and even the national black tea market.In recent years,the black tea market in our country has developed rapidly,and the production of black tea has increased year by year.There is a significant expansion trend.This phenomenon has promoted the flourishing development of the black tea industry and related industrial chains across the country.As a rejuvenated old industry,Changde’s black tea industry has a abundant cultural connotation and a trendy new trend.Opportunities and challenges are present.It is the core problem and goal of changde’s black tea industry to take a seat in the international and domestic tea market and realize healthy and sustainable development on the basis of favorable internal and external conditions.This paper starts with the theoretical research,and analyzes the mechanism of modern agricultural industrialization by using scale economic theory,transaction cost theory,professional division of labor theory and interest game theory.Combining with reality,the development history and current situation of the black tea industry in Changde City are summarized.We also used the SWOT method to analyze the competitiveness of the black tea industry in Changde City.It is found that the black tea industry in Changde City is still in the process of transition from the traditional tea industry to the modern tea industry.The importance of establishing a modern tea industry industrialization consortium mechanism for the development of the Changde black tea industry has been clarified.Then we took “Taihe He” Tea House as an example to study the operation and operation mode of Changde’s black tea industry.Secondly,this article clarifies the actual needs of black tea industry operators in Changde City to build an industrialization complex,analyzes the principles for the construction of industrial complexes,and draws on experience from other local and industrial integrated industrial mechanisms to combine Changde black tea.The current stage characteristics and future development trends of the industry have established the structural model of the modern industrialization mechanism of the black tea industry in Changde City,and established an operation management system for the coalition mechanism to provide decision-making reference for the government to issue specific support policies.Provide theoretical support for the healthy and sustainable development of the black tea industry in Changde City.
