The Research Of L Company Intrapreneurship Mode

With 30 years of developing and researching by many scholars,the theory of intrapreneurship had been a complete and solid theory system.In recent years,entrepreneurship theory is showing its value while the Substantial increasing of large enterprises intrapreneurship case.This paper will focus on the planning of L company,which is one of the biggest manufactural based IT company in industry,intrapreneurship and research the current situation and problems with the detail view.Firstly,the paper reviewed the development and the definition of the intrapreneurship theory,and fix the connotation of theory which adapt to the company's real case.Then,summarized the successful experience and failure lessons of internal entrepreneurship about typical examples of domestic and foreign companies.And then,we designed an internal entrepreneurship proposal with study of L company's predicament in PC industry,internal and external situation,company policy,company strategy and related condition.And finally,the paper proved the proposal's applicability and validity with third party interview communication.This paper found that the key conditions,which bring about the success of L company internal entrepreneurship,include: the managements' recognition level about the intrapreneurship,the proposal could meet the actual needs,the proposal could stimulate the enthusiasm of employees and so on.After researching on the key form factor,we could ensure the feasibility and enhance the efficiency about L company internal entrepreneurship with the recommendations: using the project management mode as the form,using internal and external review committee as the review mechanism,using the high stock-based incentive as staff incentive plan,using basic guarantee scheme as entrepreneurs' insurance.
