China's manufacturing industry occupied an important position by the advantage of cheaper labor cost in the world in the past.In recent years has faced a severe test,labor costs increase,factory transfer and production quality is not good.Many factories have been transferred to the labor cost and factory rent relatively lower in Southeast Asia or India.However,in order to pursue profits,the manufacturing factory still extend the working hours to increase the amount of productivity,and do not try to improve the working environment,so it results in job burnout.In this study,a follow-up study was conducted on the turnover of migrant workers in the manufacturing industry.In the study,an embedded concept was introduced to predict employee turnover from multi-level embedding,which improved the management of manufacturing workers,reduced the turnover rate,Human resource management will have important theoretical significance and application value.The concept of job embeddedness is less in the field of domestic research,and most of the studies are working on the impact of the embeddedness impact on the turnover.This article will explore the workload of the job embeddedness variables,the study of organizational support and supervisory support on the impact of job embeddedness.The results show that the sense of support and organizational support have a positive effect on job embedding(sacrifice),and the sense of support has a positive effect on job embedding(fit).Business management practices can improve the employee's job embeddedness from this point of view and reduce employee turnover.In this study,it can practice from the two aspects,job embeddedness and perceived organizational support: on the one hand,establish effective communication mechanisms to strengthen the organization of interaction,ascending individual identification of the organizational culture,deepen the embedding degree of the employees within the organization;On the other hand,pay attention to the value and contribution of employees.It would achieve the goal of reducing and alleviating the job burnout.
