Industrialization promotes the rapid development of the city.Compared with this,the rural development is slow,and the labor force continues to gather in the cities,which has contributed to the poverty and decline of the countryside.Poor villages are an extreme manifestation of this phenomenon.The backwardness of poor villages lies not only in the backwardness of industry and economy,but also in the backwardness of village infrastructure construction due to economic backwardness.From the social background,in order to achieve poverty alleviation and solve the problem of urban-rural differentiation,the "precise poverty alleviation" thinking and the "rural revitalization" strategy have been proposed,and solving the problem of poor villages has become the only way for the development of urban and rural integration."Healthy China" is an important strategic idea put forward by the 19 th National Congress of China.It emphasizes the concern about the "health of the people." Disease is the leading cause of poverty among rural residents in China.The construction of healthy rural areas is not only a major impetus for promoting "healthy China",but also an important goal of rural construction in China.China's current research on poor villages lacks a healthy direction.This paper uses the literature analysis method,comparative analysis method,field investigation method and case study method to carry out multi-dimensional analysis of the health influencing factors in the poverty-stricken villages in Guangdong Province.This paper first summarizes the research on the indicators of healthy rural construction and healthy rural evaluation system at home and abroad,and discusses the relationship between income and the health of rural residents in light of the economic backwardness of poor villages,and concludes that the health of poor village residents is summarized.The three dimensions of the healthy environment,healthy society and healthy economy.The construction of the poverty-stricken villages in Guangdong Province is a planning project initiated by the government with the main content of improvement of human settlements,village features and local industry development.Based on the series of documents and construction guidelines for poverty-stricken village construction in Guangdong Province,this paper sorts out the framework for the construction of poverty-stricken villages in Guangdong Province and refines the basic content of poverty-stricken village construction.And it is concluded that the construction content of poor villages has a healthy orientation.The planning and construction of the poverty-stricken villages in Guangdong Province has a positive impact on the healthy environment.At the same time,a good foundation has been established in the harmonious neighborhood and public activity space in a healthy society.In the plan,the promotion of the rural industrial economy in the healthy economic dimension is achieved by Income has a positive impact on the health of villagers.This paper takes the healthy environment dimension of the indicators of the healthy rural rating system as the main focus,analyzes the healthy social dimension and the healthy economic dimension,and constructs the basic framework for promoting the planning of poor villages in Guangdong from the health dimension.Finally,this paper explores the construction framework of the poverty-stricken villages and the Xinbai Village Tianxin and Hebei areas,and aims at the poverty-stricken villages in the healthy society and health economy.The lack of organizational activities and information transmission related content such as the popularization of health common sense has provided a new perspective for the construction of poor villages in Guangdong Province.
